Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Coinpath is provided by StartScale CxO LLC. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription or one-time purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@coinpathapp.com with your order number and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Donations

One-time and recurring donations made through the Support page are voluntary contributions. They are also covered by the 30-day window above — if you changed your mind, contact us and we will process the refund through Paddle.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods outside the 30-day money-back window.
